Step One: Become a CS® Community Neighbor

“Signing In” as a Community Neighbor will give you access to both
the Coffeehouse Chat Forum for chatting, and to the Art Galleria for uploading layouts.

Step Two: The Coffeehouse Chat Forum

1. Click on the “Community” tab at the top of the page, and the “Coffeehouse Chat” subcategory in the drop down.
2. Locate and click on the “2010 Winter PSL™ General Chat” category. Once inside, locate your Team Name to chat with teammates, or chat with other players in the General Chat area.

You may open a "New Topic" for discussion among players in the Coffeehouse Chat at any time.
Important note: Do NOT post your layouts in the Coffeehouse Chat Forum.

Step Three: The Art Galleria

The Galleria is separated into ‘Wings’ – or albums, with some containing even more sub-category ‘Wings’. Each work of art submitted is called an ‘Exhibit’.

Important note: You’ll be required to post completed artwork within your team's designated Art Galleria Wing to earn team points. This fun feature offers the ability for all PSL™ participants to conveniently comment on your Artwork in the Galleria —plus, you’ll also receive a copy of those comments in your email box!

1. Locate and click on the Art Galleria under Inspiration on the top menu bar.
2. Click on the “Pro Scrapbookers League™ 2010” graphic.
3. Click on your team graphic, or the one you wish to enter.
4. Click on “One” or “Two Point Challenge”

1. For layouts that qualify for the weekly "two-point" challenge.
2. For non-challenge qualifying, single point layouts.

To view others submitted layouts, click on the “One” or “Two Point Challenge” graphics.

c) To prepare and resize your photos for uploading:

1. Save your scanned or photographed layout(s) to your computer. If you know how to resize your artwork, save at no more than 600 pixels on their longest side, and 72ppi resolution. Continue to d) below.
2. If you need help resizing your artwork, go to picresize.com
3. Click Browse, locate your photo on your computer, and click Continue. (Depending on the size of your photo, it can take up to three minutes to load.)
4. Once loaded, look for “step 2” and choose Custom by clicking the bubble.
5. Input 600 in either the Width or Height box and choose Pixels (not the default Percent) . . .
   If the photo is vertical, then input 600 in the Height box and leave the Width box empty.
   If the photo is horizontal, then input 600 in the Width box and leave the Height box empty.
6. Skip step 3, go to the bottom of that screen and verify that the file type is a JPG. Click Resize, and your artwork will be resized.

d) To submit and post a layout, follow these simple steps:

1. Click on the “My Place” tab at the top of the page.
2. Scroll down, and click on the “My Artwork” tab.
3. Click on the “Manage My Artwork” link just under the tab.
4. Click the “New Exhibit Submission” button in the center.
5. Enter a title, description, the type of layout you are submitting, and choose the appropriate “Galleria Wing” for your team.
6. Click Upload.

For Example:
2010 >> Pro Scrapbookers League™ >> Creative Team >> One Point Challenge.
Click on “Browse” to upload the layout(s) saved to your computer. Click on the “Upload” button to finish.
