Like everyone else who writes here, I love paper a lot!  I love to make it, too, and then make special things with the hand-made paper.  Once I made a huge round piece of paper, dyed it a bit reddish pink, let it dry.  Then I carved a linoleum block of a cat, inked it with black ink and used the round piece of paper onto which I printed the black cat.  I've framed it and still have hung it.  I love textured paper, and when it's not textured enough for me, I have plastered it with:  mixed plaster, Golden Paint texturizing gessos, joint compound, or have laid rather flat, but 3D objects on the paper or canvas.  You can also ink that, put it through your etching press, and have a really neat piece of art.
