Photo Transfer Onto Canvas

Posted by: CS_Kay in Untagged  on

I've always been very interested in Photo Transfers, and all the various techniques, but never took the time to actually do one. So...it's about time!!!

Photo of my Grandparents clock transferred onto canvas then made into a mini album.

When Club Scrap's February Full Circle kit included these great 6x6 self adhesive

Love In A Box - Love Blooms Project

Posted by: CS_Kay in Untagged  on

WELL, if Tricia's got a spoiler up for the upcoming Love Blooms Event, I guess it's O.K. for me to do the same :) WhaaHooo! I'm so glad because I think this project is so totally SWEET!  I'm going to let the pictures tell a lot of the story, and hoping they tell a LOVE story!

Love Blooms

It's a box...

Enjoying the Navajo Club Scrap Project

Posted by: CS_Kay in Untagged  on

Thought I would take a little breather on posting Valentine's Day projects, although we are getting closer to Febuary and the CS Love Blooms Event is almost here, but until then I'm enjoying the Navajo CST project, the Tri-Pane Book

Navajo

Before this project came about, I did see something similar that inspired me, but I thought the book should be larger and also thought how cool it would be with Club

Let Me Count The Ways

valentine Let me Count The Ways

Until our Love Blooms Event arrives (and because I want Valentine's Day project fun to extend much longer then just mid Febuary), let me tell you how well the remnants of "Let Me Count The Ways" works for Valentine crafting. The huge 12x12 sheet of stickers (Let Me Count The Ways Clever Number Stickers) and Mini Cutapart Strips worked so well for creating this Valentine's Day card and layout

Extra Extra Transparency

I've always been a little sweet on our Extra! Extra! Transparencies and for just over a buck each, why not include them in my Valentine projects?

I came across this heart stencil from CS January 2007 and used it with black and pink acrylic paint. Of course just painting a heart shape free-hand on the backside of the transparency would work too. Also thinking that a nice thick Shapie would have

Taking My Valentine To The County Fair

Posted by: CS_Kay in Untagged  on

Valentine

Have you been on the Ferris Wheel with someone sweet? That's what this card reminds me of.  I used the County Fair CST Wood Mount stamp to creat this little Valentine card.

County Fair

Just a couple punched out To You With Love Pink cardstock hearts, and I was on my way.

County Fair

I added a couple stamped images from the 2009 Heart To Heart UM that I just happened to have handy still, and put it all together.

How cute I

Wings

Get ready to take a flight on the Wings Of Love!

The From The Heart Wings Of Love stamp has got to be a favorite of mine, the quote...the image....so cool.  So I've made a couple new Valentine's this year with it, and of course enjoy looking back at other ways I've used it in the past.

Simply stamping with any ink and using it that way is great as it is, but I also really like the look of coloring

January Calendar Projects

Posted by: CS_Kay in Untagged  on

Now that we are well into 2012, I can't get enough of Club Scrap's Navajo Calendar Print. The Cutapart page, that contains two full years, can be made into a calendar project or used sparingly as an embellishment on a scrapbook page. It's a cool versatile goodie I'm glad to have in my stash for under two bucks. So, even though there are more detailed instructions of these projects on Club Scraps

Converted Calendar, still in Vogue

Posted by: CS_Kay in Untagged  on

Looking at the Vogue Club Stamp 2011 Calendar Project, I couldn't help but see "a twelve little 2011 scrapbook page project/2011 Year In Review project" coming on.

vogue

Now that 2012 is upon us, I've converted that 2011 project into a 2011 year in review project.  Each month is now a mini scrapbook page of something that happened in (or close to) that month during 2011.  It's easy to switch around the

Rubber Stamped Christmas Ornaments

Posted by: CS_Kay in Untagged  on

Why not put your favorite quotes on the tree? I found clear glass bulb ornaments at my local craft store, and had to grab a couple for adding the great CS rubber stamp quotes I get each month. For this bulb I used the Angels On High UM and the Vogue Heaven Give You Merry Days wood mounted stamp. Then embellished a teeny bit with Jesse James Dress It Up plastic mini cookie cutters, from their
