Taking My Valentine To The County Fair

Valentine

Have you been on the Ferris Wheel with someone sweet? That's what this card reminds me of.  I used the County Fair CST Wood Mount stamp to creat this little Valentine card.

County Fair

Just a couple punched out To You With Love Pink cardstock hearts, and I was on my way.

County Fair

I added a couple stamped images from the 2009 Heart To Heart UM that I just happened to have handy still, and put it all together.

How cute I thought.....

and, now changing gears a bit.  How about Valentine's Day Academy style?

Academy

While I was at it, simply adding a red cardstock heart (I used the CS stencil from Valentine 2011 make this heart, but of course folding a paper in half and just cutting one out works great too) to the Academy CST wood mount stamped image makes a cute Valentine too. Perhaps this one could be considered a bit more masculine then the little pink hearts previously shown.

Now I see so many CS stamps that could be made into Valentines! Gotta go make more.

****Oh**** one more thing, you know how we have the birthday card swap, and some of you did the Christmas Card swap, would you be interested in doing a Valentine's Day Card swap next year?  Thinking there's not enough time this year because the cards would need to at CS in time to go with the Feb 1st shipment (that's earily to be thinking about making Valentines) - so please mention it if you'd be interested and I'll do it next year, it'll be here before we know it, and I could be making up some fun cards ahead of time :)

Thanks for looking.  Hoping you have a sweet day!

Kay

Thanks Pam and Julie, the Academy stamped card would be great for teachers, I gotta get on making more for Marilee's teachers, thanks for the extra motivation.

These are just so stinkin' cute!!
And the Valentine idea is a great one. We would just have to get cracking on them right after Christmas so that CS would have time to meet mailing deadlines for the Feb kit but I think it is doable!
