Sunday – we were up and down at brunch by 9:30 and the brunch was AMAZING!! Truly everything you could want and some things you didn’t want … we saw the recap video and got a goodie .. cute ********** … Linda gave CS the friendship swap album and there were pictures and visiting and good byes all around.
We headed back to the room to rest and get packed up. Lucy kept saying she was going to do laundry but it never happened… Ruth Ann, Connie, Tammy, Diane and Kim all drifted in and out of the room while Lucy and I just hung out … we went to lunch at Culvers .. YUMMMMMM cheese curds!!! And that concrete shake thing was extra YUMM! Then back to the hotel to pack up some more and rest … I was just so tired. We talked to people and packed up and talked some more and said goodbye some more.. I got my boarding pass printed and arranged the shuttle for o’dark’thirty in the morning. We went to Lombardi’s restaurant for dinner because everyone wanted steak and lobster. Well I don’t eat steak or lobster so I had Caesar salad and we had a TON of side dishes, baked potato, caramelized Brussels sprouts, red white and bleu (red potatoes, horseradish and bleu cheese) mashed potatoes, sweet potato fries, asparagus with hollandaise sauce … there was SO much food that we could not possibly eat it all. We finished dinner and then went up to Jane’s room and had a chocolate (not that any of us needed one) and Lucy FINALLY did her laundry J I turned in around midnight because 5 AM was gonna come early
