The two Workshops two weekends ago went quite well! 8 at each plus me. The Card Workshop was a lot of fun - even the newbies got the hang of it, and waxed creative. There was enough structure and basic teaching for them to just imitate what I had done, but also plenty of room for their own creativity. All working around the same large table, people were learning from one another. It really was fun. I'm waiting to get the picture to show you. (I didn't take any myself!).
Now I'm trying to round up some takers for another ALSB in two weeks. I've got one! Still very slow, with no new contacts, 'cept maybe one. We'll see. I'm working hard at cutting expenses, may actually drop one of my own two kit memberships. My goal is to bring spending down to less than income - but I really doubt that will ever happen.
