I don't know about you, but I love putting pinks and browns together... it's like having a party in the fall. "To You With Love" and "Bridges" papers were my inspiration for what I lovingly called "Desert Rose." I embellished with Chocolate Shoppe Alpha stickers and ribbon from "Bridges." Just to add a note- just because a certain print is used doesn't mean your pictures neccessarily have to go along with the print. Easter has nothing to do with mail, but it works!
I bought this adorable chiffon pink and white dress for Emily to wear for Easter in 2007. She loved it so much that she began to twirl and dance in it all morning before church.. hence the pictures above.

I bet you never thought "To You With Love" would look so perfect with "Simply Beautiful" paper! Again, pink with brown just works, and the pink went perfectly with Emily's shirt. Like to embellish? I am a big fan of the embellishments! As I was finishing up these pages, I thought, "Amy, you need some donuts on your pages." What would be the perfect donut? How about those wooden washers from "Farmers Market!" Simply distress the tops of them with CS Earth Ink so you can still see the sides of them, and perfecto, donuts!
We have a tradition that each year, Craig goes to "Donuts with Dads" at Highlands Elementary School and I attend "Muffins with Mom." It is a great time to spend with Emily, seeing her world from inside and outside of school.
Like what you have seen? You can get these same pages for YOUR scrapbook by contacting your local FFC Crafter. Don't wait, these will be going fast!
