I just discovered that Neighborhood is a digital kit, not sure why I did not notice it sooner. Maybe I am the last to know? 

Neighborhood has some really fun elements in it- like bodies!

I combined some elements with a Club Scrap created Quick Drop LO from Orient Express- really fun digital layout.

Pardon the silly picture of me, I am always trying to get a snapshot of myself and my arms are too short.
