To ensure prompt delivery of your monthly shipments, you will want to make sure that Club Scrap® has the most up-to-date information for you. . . address, phone, email, credit card, etc. This is also a quick and convenient way for you to request changes or additions to your membership Side Orders, A la Carte items, etc. All changes and updates must be submitted in the following manner to make them effective for your next monthly shipment: Club Scrap® . . . on or before the 25th of the month Because we process the monthly Club shipments 5 business days prior to the actual ship date, we cannot guarantee your update to be implemented if you choose to notify us beyond those dates. To submit those updates via our website, click here to go to Membership Updates, make your changes, & CSHQ will process the changes. Important note: Updating your Membership also changes your online Registered User information for web site shopping, etc. |
