| I want to return a kit or other purchases, how do I do this? |
Club Memberships/KitsIf, for any reason, you wish to return one of your monthly kit shipments, simply ship it back to us unused and in its entirety within 10 days. Upon receiving it, we will promptly reimburse the price of your purchase* to your credit card or credit your membership account with no further obligation. To return a kit, please repack it in the original box and return it to the address listed below. If, at any time, you wish to cancel your Club membership, you may click here, email or call us and we will promptly process your cancellation provided you submit it within the following time frames: Club Scrap® . . . on or before the 25th of the monthClub Scrap JR™ . . . on or before the 10th of the month Club Stamp™ . . . on or before the 15th of the month Because we process the monthly Club shipments 5 business days prior to the actual ship date, we cannot guarantee a cancellation if you choose to notify us beyond those dates. Any kits, projects, assortments, or packs (this includes, but is not limited to: kits, paper assortments, embellishment packs, stamp sets, Greetings to Go, projects, etc…) must be returned unused and in their entirety in order to be refunded as these products are specially priced as a single item. Once an order has shipped, it's impossible for us to cancel it. If you still choose not to accept your shipment when it arrives, simply return it to us unopened.
